Earn award miles for each purchase, which can then be redeemed for flights. Get enough sleep before flying
Sometimes they advise, on the contrary, to get tired on the plane: they say, it will be easier to fall asleep in an uncomfortable chair. Long sitting in one place reduces blood flow to the legs, so knead them from time to time. Perform simple exercises for the feet: several times rearrange from heel to toe, make rotational movements, retract and sharply relax your fingers. And just a walk through the cabin will be useful.
Take warm clothes to the salon
It’s often cool on airplanes: crew members adjust the temperature for themselves, and such a microclimate allows them to stay awake, while the heat would cause drowsiness. In addition, at high altitude, passengers rarely experience hypoxia – a condition caused by a lack of oxygen. If you breathe warm air, the risk of its development is higher, so employees maintain a cool temperature. In general, a warm sweater in the cabin does not hurt.
